5 Visas You Can Look Into to Live In Spain! (This is not legal advice!)
1. Student Visa (Visado de estudios): This visa is for those who want to study in Spain. This usually is good for one year, and also can be extended. This was the visa I ultimately chose, and I really loved my experience. I went to a school in the heart of Madrid (Cronopios Idiomas and The Spanish Way: mention Zoe Scott if you sign up with them!) and they assisted me with my visa process.

Most schools will assist you with your visa process, however, I strongly recommend that you get your visa done prior to arriving to Spain to avoid issues.
For the student visa, you'll need to show quite a few things. On average, to gather all the necessary documentation, you'll need to give yourself MINIMUM 3 months. In general, here's what you need to get a student visa in Spain:
National visa application form
Recent photo
Valid and current passport .
Proof of admission for the study, training, volunteering or internship activity
Proof of availability of financial means (€600 Euros per month)
Health insurance
Clean Criminal record
Medical certificate of good health
Proof of residence in the consular district
Test of identity and capacity of the representative
Authorization of legal representatives
Payment of Visa Fee
Again, this is not legal advise, but you'll need to start looking into these basic items inorder to obtain your visa. The worst part of this process is the apostille process. Normally, after you obtain your criminal background check, you'll need to send the document to be "apostilled at a Federal Level". This normally can take you up to 3 months, you can hire a service to expedite this process for you.
I'm not a huge fan of leaving direct website links because they often change, but I will leave the direct link about student visas from the Spanish government website here.
2. Digital Nomad Visa (Nómadas digitales: Teletrabajadores de carácter internacional) this is for those who already work remotely and exceeded a yearly salary of more than €31,752. You need have been working at your current remote job for at least one year, and cannot have any criminal record within the last five years. There are lots of companies that assist with this visa process. This visa grants you five years of residency here in Spain.

3. The Entrepreneur Visa (Visado de emprendedor) is designed to attract individuals who want to start a business or invest in Spain. Applicants need to present a viable business plan and meet certain financial criteria.
More information here.
4. Work Visa (Visado de trabajo): you can apply for a work visa if they have a job offer from a Spanish employer. The employer usually needs to demonstrate that the position couldn’t be filled by a Spanish or EU citizen. Most common is English teaching jobs in local and international Spanish schools.
More info here.
5. Special Agreements between Spain & Latin American Countries due to colonization, migration, and cultural exchange. Most Latin American countries have special agreements with Spain that may facilitate residency or citizenship processes for their citizens. This can work for passports like Venezuela, Colombia, Peru…etc.
again, this is not legal advice and I strongly advise you find and research the visa that is best for you and your situation!
Would you move to Spain with one of these??
